iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C UK price and availability

All the details for where you can get the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C

Apple’s latest pair of smartphones, the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C, will be available in the UK from September 20. As usual, you can buy the phones SIM-free direct from Apple’s webstore, but carrier networks are now starting to reveal their contract plans.
From Apple’s store, you can grab the iPhone 5S in any of its three colour variants – ‘space grey’ (with black trim), silver (with white trim) or ‘champagne gold’ (also with white trim), starting at £549 for the 16GB model, £629 for 32GB and £709 for 64GB. However, Apple has not currently opened pre-order sales for the iPhone 5S.

The iPhone 5C will be up for pre-order from September 13 and is available in white, red, yellow, blue and green. The 16GB variant is £469 while the 32GB model is £549.

Apple has also teamed up with Three to offer an optional ‘Pay as you go starter pack’ on its webstore, which will cost you £15 to setup with 300 minutes, 3000 texts and unlimited 3G data for 30 days.
Naturally, from September 20 you’ll also be able to grab an iPhone 5S or iPhone 5C by visiting an Apple store, Phones 4U store or Carphone Warehouse store, as well as other high-street retailers.
EE (Orange and T-Mobile), Vodafone, O2 and Three have all confirmed they will carry both the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C with contracts.
Vodafone is offering both handsets on Vodafone Red 4G-ready plans with 12GB of data per month, unlimited calls and texts, plus either Sky Sports Mobile TV or Spotify Premium bundled in.
O2 is offering either handset on its O2 Refresh tariffs, which means you can have a separate monthly payment for the phone and one for the talktime, if you want to upgrade the handset at a later date you simply pay off the phone contract with no cancellation charge.
EE and Three have not yet revealed information about their tariff deals and none of the networks have given pricing details just yet. We’ll be sure to keep this article updated as more info becomes available.
